What’s your policy regarding weather?

Although we would like to operate year round without weather being a concern it is a constant factor In our business. All appointments are subject to cancellation due to unsafe or hazardous weather conditions. We never recommend moving on the absolute last day you must be out of a property for those reasons. We will not jeopardize staff or public safety by operating our trucks in adverse weather conditions.

How do I book a reservation and what’s required?

What size are your trucks?

Unless otherwise discussed. Each truck dispatched will be a 26’ box truck. These trucks are all equipment with mechanical lift gates to lift any heavy items you may have including security safes. A 26’ box truck will generally fit a 1,400-1,800 sq ft house per load.

Is Bigger Better Movers Licensed?

This is one of the best questions to ask moving companies. Bigger Better Movers is fully licensed and insured. We comply with all regulations created by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.

Do you use pads and shrink wrap to protect my furniture?

Yes we do. Pads and your first roll of shrink wrap is included in every move.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, card, or checks.

Do your trucks have lift gates?

Yes, They all have at least 2,500 lb lift gates.

Is there tax on my move?

No, There is no tax on your move.

I’m considering tipping the crew, How much should I tip?

Industry standard is generally 10-20% per crew for local moves. For example, if your move totals $500 then $50 or $100 tip is customary for the crew to split.

Will you send me a Certificate of Insurance?

BBM will issue a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for your building upon request. Typically, commercial clients ask for this before our crews begin working in their building. Please notify us at least 72 hours in advance to receive a copy.

I have damaged items from a move. What do I do next?

Unfortunately damage may occasionally occur. If any items are broken or damaged during your move please submit them to our claims team within 24 hours. All claims are processed online via our website. Please click HERE to be redirected to our claims team.
