Bigger better movers was si much better than we could have imagined! We had a 2 man team to help us move from our apartment. They were very meticulous, yet effective! We had no damage with our belongings and it was a decent flat rate price. We definitely reccomend them! Ontario and his team were great!

I will reccomend Daniel and his team to everyone! They kept us informed on the process and were very understanding of all my questions. Everything was prepped, loaded and moved with care. It was a long day and a bit of a distance to relocate my things but they always had a smile on their faces.Then when it came time to pay, I was pleasantly surprised that my bill was several hundred dollars less than the original bid! They base it on time in 15 minute increments. They could have stuck to the bid but they do the right thing! Tough to find that most of the time these days. Highly recommended.

I used this service just the other day. I was pressed for time and needed it done quickly and efficiently with no mishaps. David and Jacob were excellent movers, didn’t put a scratch on a thing. They were both polite and down to earth guys. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone! Need some good movers, movers that won’t mess up your stuff? BIGGER BETTER MOVERS DID A FANTASTIC JOB OF MOVING OUR OFFICE FURNITURE FROM ONE BUILDING TO ANOTHER. THEY HAD TO TAKE APART SEVERAL DESKS AND PUT THEM BACK TOGETHER, MOVE SEVERAL GLASS TOPS AND A VAST AMOUNT OF BANKERS BOXES. THEY WRAPPED THE FURNITURE WELL AND DIDN'T SCRATCH A THING. THE MOVERS ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE. TURNER AND THE CREW WORKED VERY HARD AND MADE THE PROCESS OF MOVING SEVERAL OFFICES LESS STRESSFUL. We purchased a living room set from an individual who needed us to pick it up within a day. We reached out to Bigger Better Movers and they were able to meet us the next day to move the furniture. The furniture was going up in our game room which has a steep and narrow stairway. They did a great job getting a large and heavy coach up the stairs. Great job!

This is a very professional organization not a typical moving company. If you are looking for a well run operation that delivers great service at a fair price these are your guys. Bigger Better Movers were recommended by my housing community and because they had great ratings online, I decided to try them out. I moved December 17, 2018. My disatisfaction however comes from my chair leg that the movers broke upon moving and, did not communicate that/or notify me about it. Instead I realized it when I was rearranging my couch to my liking well after the move was completed.

My wife and I needed to move last minute and we needed movers. I called bigger better movers and they had the best rate and the movers were the fastest I had ever seen anyone move anything in my life. Ontario, Turner, and Ronnie helped us out in Norman, they all three did a fantastic job. Very courteous, and handled everything with care. I bought a groupon for the service, was skeptical. Although I had purchased the wrong service they were easy to work with and helped us out. Worth the money for sure.

Thank you for making moving a stress-free experience! My boyfriend was away for work and I had to get the apartment ready for my move alone and at the end of the week, the help of two friends. I was stressed about the moving day since I had no one to be there and this was our first house. The guys came in and handled everything with just a caring energy. 10/7/19 Update! Now that my move is complete I can report that Bigger Better Movers deserves a 5 star rating from me! As I unpack I see how carefully and thoughtfully they packed my items. I have not found anything damaged. They worked carefully with me every step of the way helping ensure all my moving needs were met and exceeded. All the while both crews of movers and Daniel, were so polite, kind, hard working, and professional. I really am so thankful to have found this moving company! I have used many other companies and none of them measure up to Bigger Better Movers. I highly recommend them without hesitation. 9/26/19 packing day—So far my experience has been outstanding. However all we have done is pack up all my stuff. Next week we move and then when I unpack I will be able to give a more thorough review. Daniel, the workers, and everything communicated and promised had been delivered as promised. The men that helped me pack today were awesome. Polite, helpful, kind, hard working. No time was wasted. Excellent!!

I’d never hired movers, but after my brother–my main source of help when moving had a stroke, I knew I would need help. I was stressed and exhausted and really worried my couch would get damaged. The crew showed up and were fun and efficient. They Tetris’d the heck out of my storage unit to fit everything in. I don’t think a single item even had a scratch!

This is the second time I've uses BBM and I highly recommend them. David and James moved us this morning and I honestly don't know how the move could have gone any smoother. They came in, introduced themselves, asked what all goes, started wrapping my tables and breakable and got stated loading. They were very polite and professional. Hoping this is my last move ever (I hate moving), I'd highly recommend BBM to anyone looking for a good, reasonable and professional moving company who takes pride in their work. BBM were very professional the whole way through from booking to job completion. They handled my belongings with great care, had friendly personalities, & worked very efficiently. I was in need of movers and decided to use Bigger Better Movers based on the positive reviews I read. The whole process of booking the appointment was very easy. I received clear and timely contact that spelled out everything that I should expect and contact information in case I needed assistance or had questions. The moving crew was on time and even called me to let me know they were on their way. The moving crew was very friendly and professional. I really appreciated the fact that they got the job done in the amount of time they quoted and did not jeopardize the care the took of my belongings. Very professional and efficient. I hired them to help me unload a POD into a 3rd bedroom apartment. They had it unloaded in about an hour, and they saved me major trouble from having to unload everything myself. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they did show up 2 hours later than what I was originally told.

Alex and Darius showed up right on time and got right to work. They were polite and friendly. They were very quick and professional. They moved me from my upstairs apartment to a downstairs apartment very efficiently. The price was actually a little less than quoted and they were done exactly 3 hours on the dot as promised. Bria in the office was polite and very wonderful at answering all my questions. They had the best rate of all the places I called. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them the next time I move!

Absolutely fantastic!!! We moved from a large house to a tiny apartment. I had everything color coded as boxes and furniture went to 3 different places. They were quick but careful. The day we were to move it was pouring down rain. David called and worked everything out so we got moved into our apartment and they came the following day to move the rest to storage. The price they charged was exactly what they quoted me over the phone. We are extremely pleased. Looking forward to using them again when we move into our new home!Thank you guys!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience with this company! The online booking and scheduling was a dream, and Daniel was great to work with on the front end. I asked if they would be able to make two additional stops to pick up a piano (yikes!) and a heavy china cabinet on the way to our new home. I thought this was a bit of an outrageous request and didn't expect them to agree, but Ontario and his movers were very accommodating. Best of all, the price ended up being much lower than I expected for how great they were. Would definitely recommend this company!

Had a great experience with this company. There was rain forecasted for our move date and they already had a contingency planned for moving us the next day of the rain happened. The morning of the move there was drizzle and we were contacted and advised they were going to delay our move by an hour to see if the rain cleared. The next call we got was letting us know they were on there way. The guys were very pleasant and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently. The wrapped our furniture with pads and plastic wrap. As they were being in the stuff to our new place, they asked us where they should put the furniture pieces. I highly recommend and will be using them again for any future moves.

These guys were awesome! This was my first experience with professional movers as I usually just move my own stuff with some friends. They made it well worth the money and it was by far the most pleasant moving experience I have had. They were very professional and took really good care of all of my stuff. They wrapped up anything that had the potential to be damaged and they worked very efficiently. The unloading was so fast I couldn't believe it. They were the best! We hired them just to move our washer & dryer from our house to a storage unit. They had to lift them both over the bathroom sink and vanity to get them out, but they made it look easy! They were on time, and even text me to let me know they were 10 mins out. They communicated well and were both professional and friendly. We regret moving the rest of our stuff by ourselves when we could have hired these guys! We got about 10 quotes for moving out washer and dryer and they were not only the cheapest, but the best rated too! We will 100% be hiring them for our next move and would recommend them to anyone!

Wow! Moving is stressful, Bigger Better Movers (BBM) made moving so much easier. They showed when they said they would and took great care of my stuff. David, Jacob and Darius moved us into our new house yesterday. I can't say enough about the great job they did. Our stuff had been in storage for almost 2 years, so not only did this team move us in the sweltering heat, they had to put up with us not knowing where things were going to go in the new house--it's kind of easy to forget what all you own after a couple of years. The team at Bigger Better Movers was great! I had a couple of last-minute changes to my move time and they handled it all seamlessly. They communicated with me the day-of and were there when they said they would be. They were conscious with everything they moved and were up front about the things they couldn't put on the truck (which was all to protect the integrity of my stuff and I very much appreciated it). I had some pretty big pieces and they seamlessly moved it all to the second floor of my new home. We moved Feb. 23rd, not only cold, but winds were horrible, but the guys were so professional and very careful with moving things. They wrapped items with drawers, so nothing would spill out, wrapped all the furniture with blankets, nothing was harmed in any way. They worked as fast as possible and got us moved quickly. Daniel and the team at Bigger Better Movers were wonderful to work with. They helped us with our move from OKC to the DFW area and were by far and away the cheapest quote that we received, but that in no means lessens the quality of service they provided. They were responsive and very easy to work with... especially when we didn't know if we'd need to use temporary storage facilities or not and again when we had to close on our home earlier than anticipated. The entire team of movers was super polite--everything was "yes, ma'am" or "no ma'am," every time, so you knew your items were in good hands. If his crew noticed any damage to my furniture/items prior to moving them, they informed me (for liability purposes, I presume), and if someone wasn't quite sure how to best pack an item, they routinely asked their supervisor for help, so of course all our items made it to Fort Worth damage free. I would highly recommend them for any type of move they are able to help you with.

They really went above and beyond to make sure that my furniture and other fragile items were protected and I definitely appreciate that. They even broke down and reassembled my son's bunk bed. This company's customer service is Exceptional! I will definitely be using Bigger Better Movers again.

I was very happy to support a locally owned, small black business here in OKC! Bigger Better Movers is better than alllll of the other moving companies that I reached out to. With the convenience of no deposit down and flat rates, I was more than satisfied with my purchase as well as the stellar service. I would recommend Bigger Better Movers to any one who is in the OKC area that is looking to spend less for a high quality move. Daniel, Clayton, and Ontario were all very friendly movers and moved our things with care. Hands down was one of the best decisions that I've made this year. I would definitely use them again!

Wow!!!!! Wonderful experience with this moving company, definitely a positive one! All I had them move was a bedroom set but MAN they were very professional, quick, and the best price I have seen for any movers I have experienced with. I highly suggest anyone moving to use them because I will go back to them when it's time and I will refer all my friends and family to them as well! Cheers to Bigger Better Movers!
