Keep dates, tasks, contacts, and questions in one place. Plan your move-out deadline with a little flexibility in case weather or access changes.

Billing begins when we arrive on site, with a one-hour minimum and 15-minute increments after the first hour. Ask about crew size, mileage, and any services you need before move day.

Reduce what you move

Sort items to keep, donate, or dispose of before packing. Check donation drop-off or pickup availability with the organization you choose.

Pack & label

Choose sturdy boxes

Use clean, sturdy boxes of similar sizes when possible. Avoid damaged boxes, keep heavy items in smaller boxes, and close boxes securely.

Pack a little each day

Start with items you use least often. Keep a designated packing area so daily essentials stay easy to find.

Label every box

Write the contents and destination room on each box. Mark fragile items clearly and note which side should stay upright.

Whether we pack or you do, set aside firearms, jewelry, medication, and TV remotes. Keep these items with you rather than in moving boxes.

Prepare a first-night bag

Include toiletries, a change of clothes, chargers, toilet paper, and the everyday items you will need as soon as you arrive.

Keep documents handy

Set aside keys, identification, important paperwork, and your moving contact information.

Ask about restricted items

Tell our team about fuel, gas cylinders, ammunition, or other hazardous items before moving day so we can discuss what can be moved.

Furniture & electronics

Photograph your connections

Take a photo of the back of each electronic device before unplugging it. Label cords so reconnecting is easier.

Keep hardware together

Put screws and small parts in a labeled bag associated with the furniture they belong to. Show the crew where those parts are before loading.
