Although we would like to operate year round without weather being a concern it is a constant factor In our business. All appointments are subject to cancellation due to unsafe or hazardous weather conditions. We never recommend moving on the absolute last day you must be out of a property for those reasons. We will not jeopardize staff or public safety by operating our trucks in adverse weather conditions. Industry standard is generally 10-20% per crew for local moves. For example, if your move totals $500 then $50 or $100 tip is customary for the crew to split.
